I just finished Of Kith and Kin by Laura Lee Dooley, and I honestly wasn't expecting to become so emotionally invested in this story. 💙📖 It blends family, mystery, fantasy, and romance in such a unique way that I found myself completely immersed from beginning to end.

The reunion between Kit and his twin sister, Tae-hee, immediately pulled me in. The emotions surrounding their separation, disbelief, and gradual rebuilding of trust felt genuine and heartfelt. As their shared past slowly unfolds, I became even more curious about the secrets connecting them and the truth behind Kit's identity.

I also loved the atmosphere of KSH House. The mix of estate sales, antiques, and its close knit group of characters created such a warm and inviting setting. Jong-hyun quickly became one of my favorite characters, and I really enjoyed watching his relationship with Kit develop naturally. Their romance felt sweet, sincere, and added a beautiful emotional balance to the story. ❤️

The introduction of the threlphax brought an exciting fantasy element that made the story even more intriguing. As hidden truths surfaced and danger threatened everyone they cared about, the suspense kept building until I couldn't stop turning the pages. ✨

Of Kith and Kin is a wonderful combination of emotional storytelling, found family, fantasy, and romance. If you enjoy character driven stories with heartfelt relationships, intriguing mysteries, and imaginative world building, I would definitely recommend giving this book a read.
