🌟Of Kith and Kin is one of those stories that pulls you in from the very first chapter and keeps you emotionally invested until the last page. What fascinated me most was how the book blends family drama, mystery, romance, and fantasy into one seamless narrative without ever feeling rushed or confusing.🌟
✨The heart of the story lies in the reunion between Tae-soo—now living as Kit—and his twin sister Tae-hee. Their relationship is complicated, painful, and beautifully written. The moment Kit reveals secrets from their childhood, everything shifts, and I felt the weight of that long-lost connection right along with them.✨✨✨
✨When Kit enters the world of KSH House, the story takes on an entirely new warmth. The antique shop, the quirky team, and the gentle rhythms of their work create a cozy backdrop that contrasts wonderfully with the deeper mysteries unfolding. Jong-hyun Park quickly became one of my favourite characters, and the slow build of romance between him and Kit felt natural and heartfelt.✨✨✨
✨Then the fantasy elements arrive—threlphax, beings of energy tied to Kit and Tae-hee’s past. Instead of feeling out of place, this twist adds depth and tension to the story. The danger that emerges, the tragic loss of a friend, and the looming threat to both KSH House and the threlphax kept me completely absorbed.✨✨✨
✨What I loved most is that the book never forgets its emotional core. Even with the supernatural mystery, this is ultimately a story about identity, belonging, and the power of connection—both chosen and inherited.✨✨✨
💫Of Kith and Kin is unique, heartfelt, and full of surprises. I truly enjoyed it.✨✨✨
